I purchased a large exotic bird about 1 years ago from here, and it was the best experience I could’ve had. I absolutely love my bird and the experience of getting to hand raise my bird from a 2-3 month old featherless hatchling to a beautiful brightly-colored adult green-wing macaw! Customer service is very good, and informative. usually has a very nice selection of bird supplies, food, vitamins and toys.

Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. They have a back room where you can meet the larger parrots and an additional room they usually has cockatiels or cockatoos to meet with as well. You can tell that all of the birds are really well cared for.

This is the only place that sells the giant ladders that our Umbrella Cockatoo and Congo African Grey LOVE! Marnie hand makes a lot of the little toys as well. Price ls can be “higher” than regular pet stores but the quality is way better and the birds are treated a thousand times better. They work with the birds and a lot of them are a bit more receptive to you because of it.
